Board of Directors Meeting
The Board meets to conduct association business such as financial reviews. It also The Board meets to conduct association business such as financial reviews. It also receives feedback of the various homeowners and helps resolve issues that may arise. We encourage homeowners to attend board meetings, as it is the best opportunity to keep informed on the projects and actions of the board, as well as an opportunity for you to speak directly to the board to address specific matters.
The Homeowners Association Board meets once each quarter on the third Thursday of the month. See our Annual Calendar for specific dates. The Regular Meeting begins at 6:30 pm and usually last an hour to an hour and a half. The meetings are held at the Grace Bible Church Community Room, 100 Rodeo Drive, Arroyo Grande. (Occasionally a meeting needs to be moved to another location. This will be noted on the respective Meeting Agenda.)
Executive meetings of the Board may be held as needed, and are not open to the public. Meeting Agendas are posted online and at the HOA’s bulletin board at least four (4) days before a scheduled Board meeting (regular or executive).
